A DEPOSIT of $500 is due within 7 days of reservation. This can made with credit card, cheque, money order, Direct Debt or cash.
OFF PEAK :The balance of your hire is due the day of departure.
PEAK: The balance of your hire is due 30 days prior to departure.
Payment by personal or bank cheque must be made 30 days prior.
BOND:A $500 refundable insurance bond is payable at departure by credit card. The refundable insurance bond will be refunded within 7 days of your return in full unless there has been an insurance claim - damage or loss of property has occured.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be received in writing. 60 days or more $250 refund. 60 days or less a $250 refund will only be received of the vessel is rehired for the same period. 30 days or less a full refund will only apply if the vessel is rehired for the same period. If a lessor hire is booked the difference will be refunded plus $250 cancellation fee.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: This is recommended in the event you need to cancel your holiday.
FUEL LEVY: $41 per engine hour
RATES: are subject to change without notice. Rates are inclusive of GST.
DEPARTURE: by arrangement from 10am - 1.00pm
RETURN: of Hire:The vessel is berthed by coxswain and unloaded by 9am
TOWING OWN VESSEL: A tinny up to 4.5 m or 2 small tenders only. Larger boats must be driven indepently. No Jet Ski's or kayaks can be towed. Jet skis self drive. Fenders are required or may be hired $25 a set
The management lets the Home Cruiser on the understanding that the vessel is placed at the disposal of the hirer on the date booked unless the management is prevented from doing so by mechanical breakdown or any unforseen circumstances. In this case all money will be refunded in full. The hirer shall have no claim against the management. The management have cleaned and checked the vessel prior to the date booked. The management reserves the right to increase the bond.The management have the right to terminate any hire due to any intolerable behavior.
